I’m excited to share my journey with you! specializing in holistic health and bioenergetics. My path began when I first heard Deepak Chopra speak about Ayurveda, and what I learned dramatically transformed my sister’s health. By incorporating natural alternatives, she went from being confined to her bedroom to living an active lifestyle, providing my family with a powerful testament to the body’s ability to heal itself. This profound experience fueled my passion for further learning, and in 2015, I began my studies in the field of bioenergetics and was part of the first round of practitioners in the US for Energy4Life® (formerly NES Health). I am certified to work with TruRife® and am thrilled to share my extensive experience with essential oils utilizing the latest technology to guide your journey.
